The last lesson we studied God as our Father; He is our Shepherd and Redeemer. As a short review let’s go over the three points we covered:
✦ He is my loving father that wants to grant my request when I ask. His promise to respond to ASK Ask=given, Seek=find, and Knock=open ✦ He is my great, gentle shepherd that leads me by refreshing waters, even during the darkest times. He restores what I have lost and rewards me with plenty at His table. ✦ He is my redeemer - the only one who loves me enough to redeem me even when I didn’t deserve it or want it. Yet His redeeming love transcends my own selfish desires by purchasing my salvation on a cruel cross and woos me back into his arms with His perfect love. In answer to the question, “Is He Enough?” Yes, He is enough when you face death, when you need a lover, when your husband leaves you. He is enough when your earthly father is not. Yes, He is enough!
