How Big is God?
It’s mind boggling isn’t it? How can we measure God? He is immeasurable, limitless, and eternal. He has always been and always will be. He is “I Am”. Ever present.
So, the question “How big is God?” cannot be answered. We only know that although He is far above us, He is with us; we can’t see Him, but we can find Him. We can’t measure Him, but we can touch Him; we can’t fathom His glory, but we can know Him as a friend. We can’t comprehend His eternal existence, but we will live with Him one day in it! Oh what a God!
How can He be so unreachable, unfathomable, immeasurable, and incomprehensible; and yet be attainable, relational, searchable, and knowable? It was through the power of the incarnation, the manifestation of deity, when Jesus became the man among us and God with us, Immanuel! The great God of glory became the son of man so that we might become sons of God.
“Jesus, I praise you today for who you are. You know my beginning and my end. I trust you with my past and my future for you are altogether at the same moment ... here.”
