Welcome to the POSH girls! They learn to be a Princess on the Outside

and a Servant in the Heart. In this series of books, young teens and preteens will meet other Christian girls who are growing up and learning the graces of social etiquette. These books are designed to be used alone or in a group.

Throughout the book there are focus boxes. Some of these are suggested activities or practice and are titled, “Let's Do.” Take some time to practice each step. This will help the girls in your group become more comfortable sitting, standing and walking more gracefully. This may take a little time in your meetings, but the idea is for each girl to go home and "practice" and then come back to the next meeting showing progress.

Others titled “Mirror, Mirror” are reflections; areas to think about after the reading. This is an area of meditation. Allowing each girl to discover what she thinks about the subject. She does not necessarily have to discuss the outcome of these moments, but some of her thoughts may be materialized when you have a discussion about each subject.

Discussion starters are placed in boxes titled, “Let's talk.” Each discussion box is important to keep the girls talking to each other and you. Allow them to interact with each other. They will learn from these discussions as much as they will from reading the material or from you coaching them. Each discussion needs ample time to run its course. Leave plenty of time at your meetings to accommodate discussion.
